Do you only build voice agents, or full software products?

We're a software studio. We build the complete product around your voice AI — web apps, mobile apps, backends, VOIP infrastructure, integrations, dashboards and analytics. The voice agent is the headline feature; everything around it is custom-engineered for your business.

Can the AI agent connect to our existing SIP trunk?

Yes. We integrate with most providers — Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Bandwidth, as well as self-hosted Asterisk or FreeSWITCH stacks. Bring your trunk credentials and we handle the rest.

Which languages do your voice agents support?

We currently ship agents in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German and Italian, with more available on request. Multilingual single-agent flows (auto-detect + switch) are also supported.

Where is call data stored and how long do you retain it?

Audio, transcripts and metadata are stored encrypted at rest in the region you choose. Retention is configurable per integration, including zero-retention modes for sensitive workloads.

Can we use a custom voice or our brand persona?

Absolutely. We support custom voices (cloned with consent), bespoke personas, scripts, and tone-of-voice guidelines so the agent sounds like part of your team.

Which CRMs and calendars do you integrate with?

Native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Anything else is straightforward via webhooks or REST APIs.

What kind of latency should we expect on calls?

Typical end-to-end response latency is under 310ms. We run a streaming speech-to-speech pipeline — audio in and audio out — so conversations feel genuinely real-time.

How is pricing structured?

Two parts: a fixed scope for the custom build (apps, integrations, telephony setup), then a transparent per-minute or per-seat rate to operate the platform — telephony, AI inference and hosting included. No surprise overages.

How long does a typical implementation take?

Most engagements go live in 3–6 weeks for a focused build, and 2–3 months for larger products that include web/mobile apps and deep integrations. We ship in iterations so you see progress every week.
